This diary function allows you to let your patients know what’s happening in your area locally. Do you hold stop smoking sessions, are there park runs, befriending services or blood donation sessions locally. Whatever’s going on, you keep your patients informed, and you can allow access to care navigators, social prescribers, and local area coordinators so that they keep the diary updated. Voluntary organisations can also add events. You can also add your own events such as vaccination clinics and Patient Participation group meetings.
