Age UK Trafford services are for anyone from the age of 50.

We are also a community hub for the M41 postcode area – there are 5 other community hubs in Trafford which can provide a range of support if you are struggling with the current cost of living issues.

Trafford Community Hub

Trafford’s six community hubs were set up in March 2020 by voluntary organisations working in partnership as part of the borough-wide response to the covid-19 pandemic. The support offered by the hubs has grown and evolved to meet the unique needs of their local community and will continue to provide a range of support for all residents for many years to come.

Between the hubs, every Trafford resident can access a range of basic level support which all the hubs offer. Every hub also offers a second level of support which reflects the strengths of their individual organisations and the specific needs in their neighbourhood.

Help can be found through the hubs by professionals working with individuals and the individuals themselves.

Primary Care Mental Health & Wellbeing Service
